UNRELIABLE!! Terrible service, they were meant to come on Saturday and just didn’t show up, said they would come first thing today and again didn’t show up. They never pick up and if they do someone says HOLD and then puts you on hold and never answers the call. I even tried to text these people. Literally impossible to get a hold of these people. It’s a shame because we would have used them for biweekly maintenance if they were more reliable.

Horrible service. The 2 workers left a broken pool hose running, they didn’t know how to turn it off and just left the property. . Almost flooded my home. Thank God someone was home. It Took an hour for Mike and Steve to come to turn off water. I am still waiting for a call back, which was promised and to complete opening my pool, which has already been paid for of course. I do not recommend using these guys. I have asked for my money back, but have not received a response.
