The first time Jacob came over, he was great. I had another appointment scheduled several weeks later and he never showed. He never called, never responded to my text, and never answered my calls. This went on for several days. I don't have time to deal with unprofessional service. It seemed so promising. I understand you get busy, but please learn to be professional about it.

Aqua Tek made appointment to clean my pool on two separate occasions, but never showed or called to cancel. Not very professional to string customers along.
