I talked with Tim concerning my water softener tank. I sent him pictures and he made an appointment. He did not show up for the 1st appointment. I thought I would give him a second chance, maybe he had an emergency. I called and he set up a 2nd appointment two days later. He didn't show for that one either. I called him and after listening to unrelated excuses, I told him I would find someone else.🥺
