Went into the Lakewood location today and Nick Bailey was outstanding, knowledgable and so kind. He went above and beyond to help me. Aquaquip representatives were respectful and professional when answering questions, knew product details which led to our purchase. Although, the location of my home made it complicated for delivery, the delivery crew figured it out. Great experience, I’ll shop with them again and point others in their direction.

We bought a sauna at Aqua Quip five years ago and it was recently vandalized. We found the glass door on the ground one morning. I called Aqua Quip to order new hinges which were broken off. The man I spoke to researched it, called me back the next day, I placed the order and they arrived in a week, exactly the hinges we needed. I was very impressed by their customer service.
