Had a sales rep named Jackson come to my door. He was awesome, convinced me to go with the product, even signing up for a 3 year deal, bc prices and service appeared to be in line. Service came the next day, and that's when the issues started. Wasn't major, and I'll be keeping the service as the technicians themselves are awesome. Casey was my in home service tech(eventually )and he was outstanding, kind, smart and professional. My issue comes with management who yo-yo'd my appointment, changed

I had a great visit with technician Casey. He was attentive to my concerns and needs. He listened to me and wad very thorough in his application. He respected my concerns with my animals and their space in the yard.

Aptive did a great job focusing on the wasp removal and spiders and webs! Parker King did a thorough job. He also was communicative in making sure everything was done properly. Here are before and after photos
