We've been with Vernon and APS for probably close to 20 years. He's a hands on owner and answers questions. Truly a good guy, willing to guide you along the way. He knows the systems and has kept us up to date. We have had the big companies, they provide services, but you are just a number. He knows our names, remembers us and gets back to us. We have APS for home monitoring. APS has always been a nice presence in our community with their patrol cars. The drivers are always very polite and smile to the residents. Our family appreciates APS for alarm monitoring and patrolling in our streets and community. It helps make us feel safe.
