Needed my existing alarm upgraded and found Keith online. We talked, I made an appointment, he called before he came over and was on time. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and he made sure I understood the system. No pressure at all and actually called me a week and a half after installation to check to make sure that everything was what I expected. What company does that anymore? None! But he did!
