Someone came out to inspect my toilet and effector pump, we had some minor issues. He didn’t find anything wrong and didn’t charge me anything despite the trouble he went through. Seems like an honest operation they run here.

I have used Apex for all sorts of plumbing issues over the past few years. Replacing sinks and faucets, clogged toilets and sinks. They always come on time and do a great job. We will continue to use them.

10/10 recommend Apex for anyone in the Lincoln Park and Lakeview area. Joey came out at midnight on a Sunday after Thanksgiving and calling just about everyone else on Google. He arrived to diagnose the problem at night and had our water repaired in the morning. He was very approachable, friendly, and patient to explain us all he did and how to maintain going forward.
