With all the house construction that has been going on inside my house Apache has only had two hiccups but have been real good in fixing the issues. My general contractor is starting to work on the outside also and is needing the dumpsters more.

Asked if they could make an exception because being handicapped I cannot get my can to the end of the road. Their only resolution was to pay a 100 plus per month for a dumpster that I cannot afford. It would take the driver less than 10 mins to come down my drive, turn around, dump the can and leave. Instead they refuse to try to accommodate their customers and offer them to pay more money when some are on a fixed income. Pretty crappy if you ask me. I suppose I will have to cancel services

Very disappointed with Apache Disposal. We’ve been dedicated to Apache for years. We have scheduled deliveries on Thursday and for the last 2 months our dumpster pickup has been sporadic at best. I’ve have spoke to Apache customer service and management and get the run around over and over and over and then today I get berated by on the phone by a customer service representative BRENDA who then hangs up on me. UNPROFESSIONAL! I run a business and had to change what I was going to do today since
