I paid a considerable amount of money and unfortunately still didn’t get the animal removed. I definitely won’t make the mistake of calling again. Live and learn.

I had a very difficult and unpleasant animal incursion into my home. I tried another well-known pest control company. It was a disaster. Then, I called these guys. Service, knowledge & communication are top-notch. I HIGHLY recommend their service if you are in a situation similar to mine.

Called today to request service. After being put on hold FOUR times they finally took my information. I was told that someone would call me within 1-2 hours. Waited all day. I called back and the person asked what I was calling about and sounded clueless. After my request was found, I was told in a very unsure way "I guess they are too busy today, someone should call you back tomorrow morning". Edit: The technician did come out a couple days later and was fantastic.
