Water dispenser on our Monogram fridge malfunctioned and the filter light failed to reset. It just took the tech to replace the dispenser actuator and reset the system in no time. Extremely efficient visit. We're sure to use this repair service again!

The Sub-Zero fridge we were using was not holding its temperature at night and some food was not holding its temperature. To prevent further damage, I invited an official service agent. The technician reported to work in time, and on the same visit had to find out the bad control board and replace it. He opened the fridge and ensured that the temperature was in check. He had done a fine work and the fridge is running well at the moment.

After the freezer stopped maintaining temperature, I scheduled GE Monogram freezer repair. I wasn’t sure if it was urgent, but the technician diagnosed and repaired it quickly. It’s running consistently again, which is reassuring.
