Service tech gets paid before they come out. They were called because spin cycle on my washer is making lots of noise and jumping around. They stay at my house for 10 min. run the washer empty and wont let me put a load in to show them the problem. Then try to give me a appointment 2 weeks out to come back after I complain. The techs are con artist

Terrible service. Technician wasn’t knowledgeable of the removal and replacement of refrigerator ice maker machine. Ice maker still isn’t working!!! So frustrating. AHS referred this company and now waiting for a call back.

Any positive review about this company has to be fake. Anyone who has this company show up? Will understand what I mean. I unfortunately was sent someone from this company through my home warranty.
