I would hands down recommend Rick. He took the time to walk me through the inspection. He is very knowledgeable. Also gave me a home maintenance manual, which as a first home buyer is very useful.
He missed major defects like serious cracks in the basement walls. He also missed a glaringly visible clogged up gutter and drain. His incompetence has cost me over $10K in repairs.
Rick did an excellent job with my inspection. I was able to schedule a next-day inspection and I received my completed report within 24 hours. The report was thorough and price was very fair for the scope of work. Highly recommend!
