Great service for the last almost 20yrs!

I don’t have ADT but I work for a client that has it and this company does not know how to do their job. Me and my client are having to call every single month for the past 5 months for a random charge that my client gets every month that shouldn’t be on her account and each month they say they got rid of the charge only to see the next month that the charge was never removed and that her account was charged again. I’m so tired of having to call and deal with this company and no one knowing what
