Eric arrived on time. I was going to give him a 3-star but since this may be his personality, I gave a 4.He was quick to do the job, however, he was not very explanatory on what he was doing or made no attempt to educate me on what more to do to ensure my system remains in great condition. It was extremely transactional with him and more about the money (nickel & dime me) vs providing a service which goes a long way for future call outs.
