Called early Saturday morning had no water my well stopped working. Rich came out and about 2 hours from my initial call had it back up and running. Luckily didn't have to wait for parts he had what I needed with him.

Called Rich at 6:30 pm because my water quit working. He said he could be out the next morning. He arrived earlier than quoted (with an advanced phone call to let me know) and replaced the control box. Now we have water again. Thank you so much for the quick fix. December 26 2024 we had NO WATER. I called American Pump and Matthew arrived within 2 hours to diagnose our problem. Our 25 year old pump had finally given out. The NEXT morning they were here to install the new pump. Great guys , Professional, and Reasonably priced.
