Lifeguards are extremely undertrained. Pool is never clean, they are not even aware when the pump is off and not filtering. Lifeguard etiquette is lacking, rude, and aggressive attitudes for no reason.

From day one when this pool opened in Malvern apartment complex, it's disgusting. I wish I can post pictures of the dirty pools mold in the pool slime in the pools. Today's been the first day that the baby pool's been open except for the first week of the opening pool because after that you couldn't go in the baby pool due to not cleaning it. It grew mold. You tell the manager you tell the manager and you tell the manager nothing changes and when it does it's only a week left of the pool season.
