Rich and his staff were great to work with. I called him at 11pm when our water heater sprung a leak. He was at our house by 7am and explained clearly what to expect. Very professional and courteous, and shared some useful tips on keeping our new water heater in good shape. Would definitely recommend!

Rich T answered the phone and took down all the details of my situation. The OG here had flushed a handkerchief down the toilet. Kevin was dispatched at a time that easily met my schedule. He disconnected, removed and vacuumed the toilet, augured the line and even ran his camera (with 80 ft hose) thru the line. He did not see the handkerchief and we both assume it is in the septic tank. When he reassembled everything , checking for leaks and ran the toilet a bunch of times No leaks or backup.
