I called American Foothil Septic when I had an issue that needed to be addressed sooner than later and Brad answered when I called. He was very helpful over the phone and agreed to come out and pump my tank and help with mitigation of the problem. Brad did what he said he was going to do and showed up and did an excellent job! American Foothill is my new septic system go to company and I highly recommend them. Great to do business with good people. Five stars for sure!

I am an older woman and live by myself. This company completely took advantage of me when they left the bathroom tub was completely clogged still he had me flush the toliet and said it looks good he said if that doesn't go all the way down I won't charge you the 250.00 . My daughter was on the phone and heard him say that (he said it more than once) The next day the bathroom was completely clogged still. I had to have another plumber come out and pay to unclog the same line he said he cleared.
