This review is based on my recent experiance of having American Brothers come out and trouble shoot a Rheem water heater they installed for me about 3 years ago. A tech was sent out initially to trouble shoot why my hot water was not lasting as long all of a sudden after three years. I didn’t find the service at the time particularly bad, but I thought the technician could have been more professional. The time stated they would be there was originally 8-10, then they called and stated 10-12. He was still late by over a hour and didn’t acknowledge it or apologize. I said ok, he left and got the parts he needed and came back and went straight to work, when he was finished, I paid, and he was so very nice, I would use his service again.
