We experienced a leak from the drain line that caused damage to our flooring. They repaired the line, and we were given written assurance that the situation would be fully taken care of. Three months later, the flooring has still not been restored, and parts of the home remain unfinished, with very limited communication. This has created an ongoing disruption in our home and has been a frustrating experience. I would expect the company to follow through and resolve this matter appropriately.
