Had a wonderful experience with American air and heat. Had an issue with a clogged filter and water all over our garage. They weee able to get out to our house in 2 hours, serviced the unit, cleaned up and all was back up and running in no time !!
A/C system maintenance
Daquan “Q” was pleasant and very professional. He took the time to go over my options and happily explained everything I needed more clarification on. I highly recommend getting on a maintenance plan with them.
Notification of service rep sent prior to arrival. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and was advised of changes needed.
