Kenerator appears to have bought and cannibalized the dealer that installed my Generac, whom I was happy with and they were easy to reach. Now, when I call the same number, I am forwarded to Kenerator, and after waiting 10+ minutes on hold just to get an operator, I gave up. Just for having dialed the number, I now get harassed with their texting service updates.
