I was scheduled today for a toilet replacement, after waiting all day no one showed up. I was very disappointed as I have had work done by your company before and was satisfied . I would have appreciated a call or text or some sort of communication.

Initially they were great by being able to send someone immediately to my house to investigate a plumbing/shower leak. However, upon realizing that they misdiagnosed the source of the leak…their investigator(s) told me that there was a crack in the tub…I had a tub company from Home Depot verified that it wasn’t the tub at all and it as the actual shower plumbing/gasket…the Alta Vista investigators argued despite the fact that the other company fixed the leak source. Efficient and customer friendly

Quoted $1,100 to put in a Smart Bidet due to the difficulty of putting in a Smart toilet, but when we balked at the price, they came down to $700 which from a bit of research was still too high.This and having to go out for over an hour to get a drill bit to finish the job was the topper. The real difficulty was getting an electic outlet in the toilet which we had done prior to their arriving.Then they charged us $50 of tax in which tax can't be collected on this project as we didn't buy the bid

I had a toilet replaced by this company through Lowe's. The two gentlemen who came were prompt and professional. One of them offered to swap out the seat from the old toilet with the one downstairs. Thank goodness because it saved me the frustration of having to figure it out myself! It also saved me money because the seat was new... me trying to swap out the seat is what led to the upstairs toilet breaking in the first place 😬😅 The job was completed days earlier than what Lowe's advised it w

Scheduled services through Lowes but the delivery was late. Tried to reschedule the installation but couldn't get ahold of anyone. I called and texted the number that contacted me (Daniel and Miquela) but no response. No refund and no service was provided. So I'm money out and have a garbage disposal still waiting for an installation.

Daniel Maldonado is a very professional and courteous young man. We are very please with his service and will be calling again in the future. The office staff was very pleasant and very kind to listen to me, with my frustration with another plumbing company.

A professional master plumber and clear communication. The review and price were established in the first 10 minutes for several jobs. He price was the lowest I have gotten. The work was clean and well done. Mr. Joe's price for the work needed was cheaper a quote to complete just on sink plumbing install. Kind spirit and loves what he does. His work was done with pride and was evident of a life long family business. Highly recommended and the best plumbing service out 4 plumbers in my home. T
