Greg is a good talker and knows landscaping, but his performance was terrible. He estimated our project at 6 weeks and he is still not done after 5 months. I will be finding someone else to finish the project. He insisted on progress payments even when it was clear that he was behind schedule. Once he got all the payments except for the 10% final payment he pretty much totally abandoned the project. He was very unprofessional, used foul language when I suggested we delay a progress payment
