We are having problems with our AC cooling the upper floor of our home. The cold air did not reach the upper floor with sufficient volume. Tyler determined that the dampeners were not functioning properly so we installed new ones today. The next issue Tyler found after replacing the dampeners is that the control board is not reading the information from the thermostat.
