We worked with Greg at this location after visiting three other fireplace stores prior to stopping here. We found Greg to be the most knowledgeable and most helpful. We ended buying our log set from Greg. Their home office was very easy to work with when setting up an appointment for the install.

I needed my alpine fireplace worked on. The lehi store sent out Casey to my home. Casey was prompt to the appointment. He found the problem and corrected the issue. He was clean and courteous and answered my questions. I would recommend their services

Overall we are very happy with our new fireplace. The installers were professional and did a great job. My only complaint is the lack of clarity and communication on behalf of the sales rep. Unfortunately that’s who you have to go through for everything, and it took longer than I thought it would to schedule after we paid our deposit, and then communication was delayed and often unprofessional. I would probably still recommend Alpine Fireplace because their prices are the most reasonable compar
