We love the fireplace but this company has been extremely unprofessional. They have left the job undone on multiple occasions including after the final setup. I have called in multiple times since then, left messages, and no one gets back to us. Just had Casey leave my house after fixing my gas fireplace. The fireplace hasn't worked in the 4+ years we have lived here. He showed up exactly on time, answered my 150 questions about gas fireplaces since I am clueless on them, cleaned and serviced it, and didn't absurdly charge me. He put blankets and paper towels down as he disassembled my fireplace to keep everything clean and tidy. Really happy with the service we received.
