Larry was amazingly nice and very thorough. You can send him for repairs anytime.

Larry and Evan were promptly on time for installation. They were very knowledgeable on the tub, and made us aware of everything we needed to know. They worked continuously both days they were here, and cleaned the floors afterwards. Moved my plants back to their places. Very friendly and assured us that all we needed to do was give American Standard a call if we encounter any problems. 5 Stars!!

Larry came to Worthington, OH on such short notice for a service issue. He resolved the problem in a timely manner and explained to me the detail of the problem and solution!
