Terrible customer service,they don’t fallow up with customer.and never return calls or answer.disappointed

From consult to completion, Bill at Alpha Shade Concepts was exceptional. He gave detailed explanation. Shades delivered within given timeframe. Professional installation. Kept area clean. Sun cscreens and patio shade look amazing. Improved the look of our hoe AND reduced sun coming into the house which will help lower our cooling bills. The view from our house to outside was not impacted just as Bill promised. We highly recommend this business. You will not be disappointed.
