I scheduled a window with Amy for 2-4, took off work early, and the crew showed up at 11am saying no one was home, they didn’t see the scheduling note, and it was currently raining so we would have to reschedule. This has completely wasted a whole afternoon for me. If it wasn’t for our home warranty through Pulte forcing us to use them, I would find a different company. Super frustrating when you rearrange your schedule for apparently no reason.
