Halloween night at 7pm at the corner of Yeoman way and farmgate way. There is a stop sign there. One of their patrol cars was driving much too fast to stop without rolling far past the stop sign. After doing so, they sped up back to an over the speed limit velocity. Im posting this because this street on this night has at least a couple of hundred parents and children walking around trick or treating and running back and forth from house to house.This person driving had no care at all about anyo
