Company was here before I'd finished my second cup of coffee. The appliance repairman had the oven apart quickly, identified a cracked igniter and a thermostat that had drifted about thirty degrees off, and fixed both in a single visit. He calibrated it with a separate probe thermometer he brought himself to verify the reading was accurate. I didn't even know that was a thing. Baking has been completely different since. Can't say enough.

My dryer stopped heating. I gave them a quick call, and they arrived promptly. My wife spoke with the technician over the phone while I was busy at work, and she was so impressed with their professionalism. The price was very fair, and now our laundry room is back in order!
