I am an HOA Manager and have been using Alligator for many of my communities. They are the absolute best to work with. Not only do they provide services for me that are not always in the contract and make me look good to my communities, but they are also always in EXCELLENT communication. My communities have been much happier with Alligator than with the prior pool companies.

Had an appointment to buy a pressure washer form Phill and as I was walking in he sold it to someone else after just getting off the phone with me (telling me where to park). I drove over an hour away to come pick it up the pressure washer at his scheduled time! Plus i rented a trailer and borrowed a truck that i had to fill with diesel. Total i was out on the trip was over 500. There was 0 miss communication he did just to please another customer that was buying other stuff. 😡🤬
