I set up an appointment for an estimate and the individual never showed up. There was no form of communication letting me know if they were going to come or not. I think the home improvement business is definitely booming right now so many people in that business are quite busy which I understand but it’s not too much to ask to just let us know that you can’t make it for an estimate appointment. If you can’t show up for an estimate how would the job be? They definitely lost a prospective custome
