UPDATE: John came out and made promises again to fix all issues and we agreed on a plan to fix the yard and replace all the plants that did not survive the winter with the 1 year warranty. He said we would take priority and would have it done in a couple of weeks. It’s been a month and he still won’t return messages and it’s too late in the year to plant anything.
