I rarely bother to provide reviews, but I feel that I've received exceptional service and value compared with my old security services provider. If I have an issue, they have come out and resolved it, without charge. My old security provider would charge a trip charge and hourly rates and parts to fix an issue stemming from their own flawed installation. After paying in full yearly for many years Gary would not return repeated texts requesting service or calls to his service line number provided about my system being completely down. Very disappointing and unacceptable service. I have gone with a new Alarm Company and have installed a new system.

Gary’s is the Best security company in Arizona! His customer service is awesome and no one beat his prices!!! But most of all he knows what he is doing and treats every customer and their homes as if it was his own home!!! I would not go anywhere else.
