One of their EXTRAORDINARY contractors: Elijah B., was EXCEPTIONAL. A TOTAL,TOTAL "extra miler" in service. Arrived early, stayed longer than required or expected. Diagnosed issue twice, demonstrating, showing screens and explaining each step he took with each of his 3 "tech tools", to insure accuracy. Searched for multiple "out of the box" solutions, I'd guess not commonly searched for, also a search for OEM parts other than at a dealer/stealer. Obtained part from a dealer BUT, was able to nego
