Jay was fantastic! Had to leave for work early in the morning. I don’t have a garage door opener, so I have to lift it open. Imagine my surprise when I go to open it and I can’t. The springs had broken!! I finally lift open with what felt like 20 tons. But luckily I kept Jay’s business card from a previous job of putting on a new lock.
