Incredible customer service. I worked with Austin, who spent over a month helping me resolve an issue with the utility company. He went above and beyond assisting me until the issue was resolved. I couldn't be more impressed with my experience dealing with All Energy Solar.

The system ultimately works but this is not an honest company. All Energy pulled a bait and switch at the last moment and forced a $1.1k change order to include the EV charger that was already written in to my original contract. They offered to skip it but $2.5k was already included in the overall contract for it and the whole project made less financial sense without it. They claimed this surprise increase was because my garage is detached. That seems insane as it was known from the start. Fina
