When was the last time your plumber contacted you the day after service to see if everything was still OK? Joe did! I was amazed. I have had Joe do two jobs on tough drains. I saw how thorough he is and does not quit until he and I are satisfied. He also keeps his appointments, calling if he is running late because of a problem. I don’t mind this because he keeps me posted and I trust him not to leave any job — including mine — until all is well. His pricing is reasonable.
