Absolutely terrible experience. Do not use this company. They scheduled my appointment for 1:00 PM and didn’t show up until 1:50. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent someone to my house to pump my tank and they only pumped the water out of the 2nd tank which is the outflow tank of water. I spoke with another actual professional and he said they should have pumped out the first tank of solids, but they didn't. So now my pipe into the house is backing up and when I called All City they gave me nothing but excuses and maybe it's this or that and said he had to talk to a manager.
