I called this locksmith company to ask a few questions before scheduling service, but unfortunately the customer service experience was very disappointing. The lady who answered the phone was rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me while I was still speaking politely. I understand people can have busy days, but basic professionalism and courtesy should still be expected when dealing with potential customers.
