Incredible experience and great service! Got me sorted out quickly!

I have been a customer of Alfa Lock & Alarm since 2012, primarily getting keys made. The people working in the store have always been very pleasant and efficient in helping me. But a week ago, I really needed their help and expertise well beyond key making, and they came through big time. When I came home from Publix, the deadbolt lock on the front door would no longer open. I called Alfa Lock and spoke to Celeste, who said one of their lock specialists, Henry, would be coming to the rescue.

Save your money and call someone else that respects your time and business. I was told I was going to get a call back, I explained I had a deadline, it went from possibly getting it done the following day to not being able to do it this week at when I called back for a response. Now I have to find someone to charge me more money to make the deadline because I waited to give them my business.
