Terrible service, terrible circuity contractor. Their lead sales guy Andrew made a bunch of promises during our new construction on our home in el dorado hills. Alert 360 installed our system, and it never worked property. I told alert 360 i would not pay for a service that was never working. They told me "Well we won't come back out until you catch up with your payments." No one should have to pay for a service/install that does not work on function properly. Easy to get the appointment and the technician Mr Minh is extremely helpful to answering questions and triple check the settings and status of the system to ensure the system works properly, will recommend them to anyone who needs a new alarm system
