The technician called in advance to let me know what time he was going to arrive. Sometimes things can’t be fixed immediately. I had a system communication failure. After having an internal alarm go off during the night, I called Alert 360. I scheduled a tech to come out, but they couldn’t come out for 6 days. When the alarm went off 5 times during the night, I called Alert 360 again and spoke to a gentleman in the tech department. He was so very helpful and gave me answers I hadn’t gotten before. I was so appreciative and told him so. Thanks for your great help!
