My alarm came with my builder. The 1st two contracts were good & reasonable & customer service was amaxing. This 3rd contract has been nothing like my first experience. I'm not sure if they sold the company or if there was a transition in ownership but beware. The warranty that is usually included with your renewal is not there any longer and they did not advise me that this was REMOVED from new contract. I accept that. So...
