Todd was awesome and a great guy very knowledgeable was literally able to make me new keys for my doors and trunk on my 1984 Mustang GT in less than 10 minutes at the shop. he also hand cut a key for the t-tops that I'd been missing for years!!

What can I say, came way out to Queen Creek to my house keyed my 2012 Ducati Monster 696, took out the dash, took it to his shop, programmed it, return back out to my house, installed it, bike fired right up. Everything for an awesome price and I didn't have to tow the bike to the dealer. Awesome communication.

I had purchased a Motorcycle top case on Facebook and the locks were left on it. Called Alcatraz locksmith and told him the situation. "Bring it on in" he said "we'll figure it out". I took the top case in and he was great. Funny and entertaining while I waited for what seemed like not very long and he had the lock open. He made the lock work with my ignition key so that I don't need to have a second key with me when I use this top box. Awesome service and great to deal with. 10 out of 10 would
