Disaster customer service. The central station didn’t even call me when burglars broke into my business a few weeks ago. I called the central station back to ask why i didn’t get a call, they didnt even pick up the call. When i first went online with them, i was being transferred around and was on hold for half hour before i got to the right person. i should have gotten the res flag then and moved on with another company.
