Not the best service, still have occasional bug and even a mouse come in and it’s overpriced. Trying to cancel services is exceedingly difficult as well. Would not recommend this company.

I totally agree with Marquet Norfleet. Cancelling the service was a nightmare. Poor customer service.

Signed a one-year contract with Alamo Pest Management that automatically renews annually unless you cancel more than 30 days before renewal. I followed the contract. I sent my cancellation email on April 2nd — well before the renewal date — and kept proof of it in my sent inbox with timestamps and the correct email address.
